Copper Ore Tailings Processing Plant supplier

advertising equipement de concassage de pierre avec la capacite de 40 60tph and marketing of copper ore tailingsHindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a Govt. of India Company below the administrative regulate on the Ministry of Mines, would be the only vertically built-in multi device copper producer in India engaged in vast spectrum of pursuits ranging from mining, beneficiation, Smelting, refining and manufacturing of copper cathodes & continuous cast copper wire rods. HCL has four operating Units at i) Khetri Copper Complex (KCC), Khetri Nagar, Rajasthan, ii) Indian Copper Complex (ICC), Ghatsila, Jharkhand, iii) Malanjkhand Copper Project (MCP), Malanjkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and iv) Taloja Copper Project (TCP), Taloja, Maharashtra.HCL currently produces around 3 million tonnes of Copper Ore per annum from its open pit mine at MCP and underground mine at KCC. Out of this, about 2 million tonnes is produced at MCP and about 1 million tonne is produced at KCC.The Malanjkhand Project is located in central India, about 90 km North-East of Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh.

The Malanjkhand project is connected by all weather roads to the nearest railway station at Gondia and Durg, located some 130 km and 150 km from Malanjkhand respectively. Khetri Copper Complex is located in Jhunjhunu District of Rajasthan, about 180 km southwest of Delhi and 160 km north of Jaipur. The Khetri Project is connected by all weather roads with Delhi and Jaipur and the nearest railhead is at Rewari & Patli, some 70 km & 80 km from Khetri respectively.Copper Ore having around 1% copper content is subjected to ore beneficiation process (involving crushing, grinding, floatation, thickening and filtration) to produce Copper Concentrate, having around 25% copper content at MCP, and around 17% copper content at KCC.In the beneficiation process, only 5 to 7% of ore quantity reports to concentrate and balance 93 to 95% of your ore are discarded as Tailings. The Copper Ore Tailings (COT), which are left out material after extracting copper from the ores, are stored in tailing dams constructed at both MCP and KCC. Over a period of time, huge quantity of COT has accumulated at both MCP and KCC.COT is in powdered form (50 to 60% minus 200 mesh size). Its specific gravity is about 2.77 in case of MCP origin and 3.14 in case of KCC origin and contains 90 to 95% insoluble (mainly silica and iron) with very small quantity of other metals. Thus, COT is rich in metals and minerals and has possible use in agriculture as cheaper source of micronutrients, either in its present form or after its suitable processing/refining.

Micronutrients processus de fabrication de sable play a vital role in growth and development of plant and occupy an important portion by virtue of their essentiality in increasing crop yields.Department of Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry, University of Agriculture Sciences, Dharwad (Karnataka) has undertaken a
equipement de concassage de pierre de 100-120tph research project in collaboration with the Hutti Copper/Gold Mines Company Modest, Chitradurga (Karnataka) and Indian Copper Development Centre, Kolkata. The research data indicate that COT can be safely used in agriculture as a source of micronutrients particularly in black (alkaline) soils. COT from the Hutti Gold Mines Company Confined (HGMCL), Chitradurga is being regularly marketed.Against the above background, HCL invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from parties having technology for processing of COT to convert them into micronutrients or promoting companies for any with the following pursuits:i) To provide technology to HCL for further processing/refining of COT through selective extraction and other chemical processes to have an ideal, cost effective, safe and soluble fertilizer product (micronutrients) for agricultural use.

ii) To form joint venture (JV) with HCL for processing and advertising and marketing of COT as micronutrients.
iii) To market COT of MCP and KCC origin, after outright purchase from HCL on the basis of a long term purchase contract.
